He has over 20 years’ experience advising on business and share sales and purchases, including complex corporate transactions of varying sizes.

Alan works closely with both sellers and buyers, helping owners prepare their businesses for sale to maximise value and ensure smooth transactions. He also advises clients pursuing acquisition strategies, particularly in the insurance, professional services, telecoms, and construction sectors.

He draws on a broad professional network and experience working in London to assemble specialist project teams as needed.

Areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, corporate structures, joint ventures, and shareholder/director disputes.
