Alasdair advises overseas entity companies on their responsibilities and liabilities under the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022 , as well as registering and updating said overseas entities at Companies House
Other experience includes acting in the defense of business accused of employing people without the right to work in UK, speeding and other road traffic offences, acting in private disciplinary and sporting tribunals, licensing, traffic regulations and restrictions, unlawful arrest, advising on DBS Certificate entries, and challenging inaccurate records, cases of harassment
Other skills include drafting defense cost claims pursuant to Defense Costs Orders in the Magistrates’ Court.
