Experienced in all areas of Family Law including divorce, finance, children cases, removal from the jurisdiction, pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and Schedule 1 Children Act cases.

Alison specialized in family law for thirty years. Wealth of experience in all areas including divorce, finance within divorce involving case including from those with modest assets to those with significant involving businesses and farming assets. Dealt with children issues both within divorce and freestanding. Handled cohabitation disputes.  Dealt with the preparing of Cohabitation Agreements,

Pre nuptial Agreements and Post Nuptial Agreements and Separation Agreements. Undertaken applications pursuant to Schedule 1 of the Children Act including ones in the High Court due to legal argument on jurisdiction. Successfully appealed the Court's decision not to allow a child to live with its father. Hague Convention case following the removal of children from the US. Experience of representing grandparents in relation to their grandchildren. Removal from the jurisdiction applications.
