Amy is an Associate in the Family team.

With over 10 years’ experience in family law, Amy supports clients with their divorce and associated issues including the resolution of child arrangements and the financial issues that arise as a result of the separation. Such issues include dealing with complicated issues such as pensions, businesses and non-matrimonial assets. She also supports co-habiting couples, who require assistance to resolve any dispute concerning property following the separation including Schedule 1 and TOLATA applications.

Amy also assists clients who wish to have peace of mind in planning for potential future eventualities including the preparation of pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements.

Examples of how Amy has supported clients include:

  • Supporting a client to obtain an excellent result including a very favourable pension share and spousal maintenance order when the spouse was resident outside of the jurisdiction.
  • Supporting a client to obtain payment of a sum owed by way of effective negotiation without the need to advance Court proceedings.
  • Using a great attention to detail to discover undisclosed assets following exchange of financial disclosure between spouses.
