Andrew is Property Director at Knights.
He is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 15 years of experience in the commercial construction and property market.
Andrew is responsible for implementing Knights’ real estate strategy, providing transactional advice, delivery of capital projects and providing core technical services to support the wider business objectives.
In addition, Andrew provides core building surveying and project management services to clients, including technical due diligence, dilapidations advice, schedules of condition, project monitoring, contract administration and project, cost and programme management.
