Ava is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team.
Having completed a litigation heavy training contract, Ava qualified in April 2025 and re-joined her colleagues specialising in franchising litigation.
She advises on a range of commercial disputes including breaches of franchise agreements, misrepresentation claims, restrictive covenants and group actions against franchisors.
Ava benefits from having gained experience on a 6-month in-house secondment to Heathrow Airport’s legal team.
