Ben is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Team.
He supports SME and Owner Managed businesses with a variety of corporate transactions, including a range of mergers and acquisitions on both buy and sell-side including share sales and asset purchases, management buyouts and buy-ins.
Working across a wide range of sectors, he acts for SMEs, family businesses, owner-managed businesses, trade organisations, charities, and investment companies.
Examples of how Ben has supported clients include:
- advising Veezu, a national private hire taxi operator, on a number of acquisitions ranging from £250k to £3m.
- a £5m management buy-out of an international provider of branded merchandise.
- preparing multiple shareholder agreements to in relation a client’s innovative approach to supporting buy-to-let landlords.
- advising an individual shareholder on his interests on a high-value sale of a drone manufacturer to BAE Systems.
