Bhonita is a Solicitor in the Real Estate team.
With experience in asset management, her work includes handling commercial property issues, notably landlord and tenant matters including lease negotiations, assignments, surrenders and licenses as well as freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
Bhonita also has experience in dealing with secured lending and securities and general portfolio management.
