Bryan is a Partner in the Asset Management and Development teams.
With over 15 years’ experience, he has worked on both residential and commercial development projects as well providing general landlord and tenant advice for both investors and occupiers.
In addition, Bryan has broader experience of buying and selling land and property, including handling conditional contracts, options and financed deals.
With a background as a commercial geologist and environmental consultant, Bryan works closely with clients, as an extension of their team. His focus is on ensuring there is clarity on what really matters, ensuring projects are scoped and delivered to achieve their objectives.
His clients include developers, investors, occupiers, private individuals and insurers in sectors including logistics, house building, aviation and the drinks industry.
