Carla is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team.
She advises individuals and businesses on a wide range of commercial and civil disputes, including debt recovery, breach of contract, shareholder and director issues, partnership disputes, and defamation claims. Carla has particular expertise in civil fraud, breach of directors’ duties, and professional negligence matters.
With experience across litigation and alternative dispute resolution, she regularly helps clients resolve disputes through strategic negotiation and mediation.
She qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and has built her practice across several regional firms, progressing into senior roles. She originally trained in employment law before specialising in dispute resolution within her first year of qualification.
Carla holds a BA in History from King’s College London and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.
