Charlotte is a Solicitor in the Asset Management Team.
She advises on a number of different property transactions including:
- Sales, purchases and mortgages of commercial property;
- Commercial property aspects of corporate transactions;
- Commercial leases including renewals, assignments, licences to underlet, licences to assign and licence for alterations; and
- General advice on property related matters including asset management.
Charlotte’s clients include private companies and individuals and commercial landlords and tenants.
