Charlotte is an Associate in the Real Estate team.
She has extensive experience in property acquisitions and disposals for councils, charities and private company clients across their portfolios, her expertise includes producing reports on title and dealing with Financial Agreements to release funds in excess of £30 million in connection with the purchase of over 300 properties for Bromley Council and working on new build developments dealing with site disposal work, from acquisition of sites to the grant of outright and Shared Ownership leases for RP clients.
Charlotte also has experience in auction work, lease extensions, Deeds of Variation and Deeds of Surrender
