Chloe is an Associate in the Asset Management team.
She is experienced in supporting public and private sector clients in a wide range of commercial property matters including sales and purchases, occupational leases and licenses, as well as assisting with corporate acquisitions and disposals, refinancing and redevelopment matters.
Chloe has significant experience in supporting retail and industrial sector clients on both contentious and non contentious asset management matters.
Her clients include numerous institutional landlords, property owners, management companies, commercial tenants, investors and developers.
Examples of how Chloe has supported clients include:
- Devising and implementing a vacant possession strategy to facilitate the redevelopment of a major airport
- Acting for landlord and tenant clients on numerous matters relating to Covid-19, including lease re-gearing, tenant insolvency and the recovery of rent and service charge arrears.
