Chris is a Partner in the Residential Property team.
Specialising in a broad range of residential property matters with a strong focus on a positive client experience, Chris has an extensive knowledge of residential property work including all types of residential sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, lease extensions, new build properties and re-mortgages.
Based in the North Yorkshire area, Chris works with both urban property and also larger more unusual residential properties in a rural setting.
Clients are a broad range of people from first time buyers to high net worth individuals buying and their selling their main homes; and investors and companies buying and selling buy to let properties
Examples of how Chris has supported clients include:
- Completed the purchase of a multi-million-pound residential country property within four weeks to meet the client’s requirements.
- Was able to support a high volume of clients with meeting their stamp duty deadlines over 2020 and 2021.
