Chris is a Partner in the Intellectual Property team.
A Chartered and European Patent Attorney, Chris advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property, with particular expertise in patents, trade marks, designs, and copyright. He works with a wide range of clients – from individual inventors and start-ups to large multinational organisations – both in the UK and internationally.
Chris has significant experience in protecting inventions across the chemical, pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors, as well as broader experience in mechanical technologies. He also handles the registration of trade marks and designs, helping clients safeguard and maximise the value of their intellectual assets.
Known for his clear and commercially focused advice, Chris enjoys the variety and challenge that comes with working at the intersection of innovation and law. He is also an advocate for improving diversity and awareness in the IP profession through his involvement with IP Inclusive and the Careers in Ideas initiative.
