Ciara is a Solicitor in the Employment team.
Ciara has expertise in Corporate support and M&A. She specialises in providing employment support on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, business transfers, and restructurings. This includes conducting employment due diligence, drafting and negotiating employment-related provisions in transaction documents, and advising on the employment implications of post-completion integration.
In addition to corporate support work, Ciara advises employers on day-to-day HR and employee relations issues, including navigating disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy exercises, as well as conducting employment tribunal litigation and has particular experience providing employment advice and conducting tribunal litigation for the NHS.
Ciara is a 1 PQE employment solicitor, having trained at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP with experience advising on a broad range of employment law matters, particularly in the context of corporate transactions.
