Cory is a solicitor in the Employment team, with particular focus in off‑payroll labour, including the employment and tax treatment of partnerships and LLPs. He advises clients on both day‑to‑day and strategic employment issues, combining analysis with pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
Cory's work includes advising on employment status and IR35 queries, as well as core employment matters such as worker status, performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures. Cory also supports clients with drafting settlement agreements and supporting senior exits, helping manage departures while protecting legal and commercial interests.
