David is a Consultant in the Commercial and Aviation teams.
He has over 15 years of experience in aviation and has worked on a wide variety of transactions including the sale and purchase of new or pre-owned aircraft, as well as the financing of aircraft acquisitions including pre-delivery payments.
David also advises on operating and finance leases for commercial aircraft, repossession of business jets, aircraft management agreements and interior outfitting agreements for private jets.
He typically advises on transaction structures, drafts and negotiates transaction documents and provides full support and assistance to his clients from the start of a transaction until after the deal has closed.
During his career David has acted for many different industry players including aircraft manufacturers, owners, lessors, airlines, financiers, operators and other service providers in the aviation community. This enables him to understand the various interests of the parties involved in a transaction and to tailor his advice to his own client accordingly.
