David is a Partner in the Asset Management team.
He has over 15 years’ experience advising business and individual clients on the legal aspects of commercial property.
He regularly works with investors, commercial landlords and tenants, major national banks, property developers as well as SIPP providers.
David has particular expertise in the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors. He also supports our Corporate team with the property aspects of business sales and acquisitions.
Recent examples of how David has supported clients include:
- advising a major transport logistics company in taking a lease of over 100,000 sq. ft of industrial premises in Leeds – with a deal value worth just over £5m; and
- working with Leeds Brewery in their disposal of its leasehold pub estate to Camerons Brewery.
