David is a Partner in the Residential Property team.
With extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing including freeholds, leaseholds, private estates, new builds, re-mortgages and leasehold enfranchisements and extensions. David acts for a number of corporations and high and ultra-high net worth clients including premier league footballers, city lawyers and those in the finance industry and property developers.
David routinely advises on multi million pound transactions (typically in London and the private estates within the South East such as St Georges Hill, the Crown Estate and Wentworth, but also across England and Wales) often involving members of Knights’ extensive tax, private client, construction and development teams where necessary. He is known for having a common sense, efficient and direct yet approachable manner in dealing with transactions as swiftly as possible.
David also has specialist knowledge of statutory and non-statutory leasehold extensions and enfranchisements.”
