Duncan Harty is a Partner in the Asset Management team.
Duncan has significant experience with real estate transactions – including site assembly for residential and commercial development, secured lending transactions for both developments and investments, business park management and renewable energy transactions.
He provides support to a diverse spectrum of clients including banks, institutional investors, developers and entrepreneurs and supports them on all aspects of their Real Estate requirements including structuring, acquisitions, financing, re-financing, lettings (including pre-lets with bespoke development and funding requirements) through to final disposals.
He also has extensive experience of the development sector assisting a number of significant clients on general site assemble acquisition and funding strategies.
Duncan works with PLC’s to SME’S with broad ranging values.
Among his current clients are Persimmon Homes PLC, Kingmoor Park Properties Limited, Genesis Homes and Russell Armer.
Examples of how Duncan has supported clients include:
- Advising Persimmon Homes Plc on the acquisition of various sites in the North of England;
- Advising Kingmoor Park Properties Limited on the disposal of historic land assets for the purpose of re-development;
- Advising Genesis Homes on the site assembly and development funding throughout the North West of England.
