Elin is a Solicitor in the Real Estate team
Elin advises on a wide range of commercial property transactions including the sale and purchase of commercial property, preparation and negotiation of commercial leases and finance of freehold and leasehold properties.
She also advises on property aspects of corporate transactions such as business sales and purchases, including undertaking real estate due diligence and preparing and negotiating transfer and lease documents.
Elin has acted across several different sectors including retail, offices, industrial, residential, leisure and hospitality, and her clients include individuals, private companies and banks.
