Elliot specialises in resolving real estate disputes for both commercial and residential property clients. He advises on a broad range of contentious issues, including lease forfeiture, rent recovery, trespass and nuisance, possession claims, dilapidations, enforcement of covenants, and professional negligence arising from property matters.
With a background in commercial litigation and professional negligence, Elliot has built his career in dispute resolution from the outset. He qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and sits as a trustee for a Colchester-based LGBTQ+ charity, reflecting his commitment to supporting his community.
