Emma is a Partner in the Private Client team.
She advises clients on all aspects of estate and succession planning, with a focus on providing clear, empathetic guidance through often complex and sensitive matters. Emma is a full member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and chairs the Essex branch committee. She is also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
Emma qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and has years of experience supporting individuals and families with wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, and the administration of estates. She also acts as a trustee of My Home Life Essex Community Association, a charity helping care home residents stay connected to their communities.
