Emma is a Senior Associate in the Landed Estates team.
She advises on a broad range of agricultural and rural property matters, including high-value farm sales and acquisitions, development land agreements, refinancing, and landlord and tenant issues. Emma works with landowners, farming families, lenders, and developers, offering commercially focused legal advice grounded in sector-specific insight.
A Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association, Emma is also a member of the CLA, NFU, and National Sheep Association. Her personal background in farming and equine industries means she brings practical understanding as well as legal expertise to her work. Emma qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and is recognised by The Legal 500 as a Leading Associate.
