Emma is a Partner in the Real Estate team.
She specialises in commercial real estate, with experience in leasehold acquisitions and disposals, registered and unregistered titles, and acting for major banks on secured lending matters.
Emma joined the legal sector in 2005 after studying LLB Law (Hons) at the University of Hertfordshire. Her experience includes in-house roles at British Sugar and One Housing Group, where she supported legal matters across a portfolio of more than 12,000 properties and housing developments across London and the surrounding areas.
She is recognised as a Leading Partner by The Legal 500.
