Fiona is an Associate in the Residential Property team.
She has over 20 years’ experience in Residential Property. She started her career path as an Assistant in a local law firm and has worked her way up over the years by supporting her senior colleagues and now handling her own caseload.
Fiona deals with all types of residential transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and plot sales and has a range of clients spanning from first time buyers to property developers.
Recent examples of her work include:
- Acting for a large developer in relation to the sale of new build houses.
