Fleur is a Commercial Litigation Partner with over 20 years’ experience advising mid-sized to multinational clients across sectors including Technology, Transport, Construction, Health, and Retail.

Fleur’s expertise includes breach of contract, professional negligence, restrictive covenant claims in relation to employment and corporate disputes including – breach of warranty, shareholder and Director duty disputes, unfair prejudice and SPA disputes.

Fleur has built a strong reputation advising private sector clients on Public Procurement disputes and Judicial Reviews, where she is known for her swift and strategic advice. Fleur has hosted client webinars and round table events on this subject and works closely with specialist Procurement Chambers. She is also an active member of the PLA – Procurement Lawyers Association.
