Georgia is a Solicitor in the Landed Estates and Agriculture team.
She is an agricultural property solicitor providing advice to landowners on the management, financing, sales and purchases of their land and property.
This includes dealing with agricultural tenancies, overage agreements, pre-emption agreements, sales, purchases, financing, first registrations of land with the Land Registry and licences of farms and other agricultural properties.
Clients include landowners, business owners, farming families, trusts, and large estate owners throughout England.
Recent examples how Georgia has assisted clients include:
- Co-ordinating a large Landed Estates succession planning exercise, including complex transfers of part, gifts of land, restructuring of charges and granting of farm business tenancies.
- Acting in the sales and purchases of agricultural property and facilitating quick completions for the client.
- Completing the first registration of parcels of agricultural properties forming part of a Landed Estate, including registering adverse rights and prescriptive easements to enable the more efficient management of the estate.
