Georgia has several years’ experience in property dealing with transactions varying in size and nature, from leasehold flats to high value homes. Georgia’s experience includes advising on the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold properties, as well as all other transactional property related work.
Georgia’s clients include individuals, trusts, and investment companies. Georgia is an excellent communicator and provides prompt and clear advice, which has led to her building a strong professional network and client following. Georgia takes a pro-active and calm approach to transactions and works hard to support clients by tailoring her service depending on their needs and accommodating their timeframes and objectives.
Recent examples of how Georgia has supported clients include:
- Acted for an overseas company in the sale of their portfolio of leasehold properties, several of which had defective leases, whilst ensuring their obligations were met on the Register of Overseas Entities following the implementation of The Economic Crime Act 2022.
- Purchased a high rise flat in London immediately following the implementation of the Building Safety Act 2022 and ensuring that her clients were afforded the protections under the Act.
- Achieved a 10-day completion deadline following an auction purchase from a charity which had a defective title containing various charitable restrictions.
- Acted in the complex sale of a house in multiple occupation which was held in a trust and involved a Community Interest Company which was being dissolved.
