Hale is a Solicitor in the Real Estate team.
She qualified into our Commercial Property Team in October 2022. Prior to commencing her training contract, she was a paralegal in our Development team for 3 years, where she assisted the Development team in land acquisitions and sales, obtaining of complex indemnity insurance policies relating to development land transactions, secured lending transactions and was also running her own plot sale files.
Hale mainly undertakes asset management work for our commercial landlord clients as well as our tenant clients in grant of new lease transactions, lease renewals, lease surrenders and lease assignments.
She also continues to support the Development team with land acquisitions and sales, secured lending transactions, reports on title for large and complex development sites for purchaser developer clients and promotor clients and variations of option agreements. Hale also assists our commercial landlord clients in residential sale transactions.
Hale is Fluent in Turkish.
