Hannah is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team.
She deals with a wide range of commercial disputes including contractual disputes, shareholder and director disputes, professional negligence claims, breaches of restrictive covenants or other employment obligations, interpleader proceedings, defamation claims, intellectual property disputes and debt recovery.
Hannah has strong technical knowledge and is experienced in litigating claims through the Court. She is also commercially minded and pragmatic and will look to conclude matters through ADR where appropriate.
Her clients include corporates and private individuals based in the UK as well as internationally, who operate in a variety of sectors including technology, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, and property.
