Hayley is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team.
She specialises in commercial property matters, with particular experience acting for developers on site acquisitions and set-up. Hayley also advises on the property elements of business sales and purchases, and has acted for local authorities on a range of commercial real estate transactions.
She qualified as a solicitor in 2005 after completing her law degree at the University of East Anglia and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford.
