Helen is a Partner in Property Litigation with more than 25 years’ experience advising clients on complex real estate disputes, property litigation and telecoms matters.

She has worked across private practice, in-house legal teams and consultancy roles, bringing a practical and commercially focused approach to dispute resolution. Her career includes more than two decades at BrookStreet des Roches, followed by a role as Litigation Counsel at Cornerstone Telecommunications Infrastructure Limited and consultancy work with Fieldfisher and Davitt Jones Bould.

Helen advises businesses, landlords, corporate occupiers, private individuals and public sector organisations on a broad range of property disputes. Her experience covers landlord and tenant matters, portfolio management issues, lease disputes, property and land development contracts, misrepresentation and professional negligence claims, easements (including access disputes) and adverse possession.

She has extensive experience resolving disputes through negotiation, litigation, arbitration and mediation, and is known for providing strategic, pragmatic advice that supports clients’ commercial objectives.

Helen also has particular expertise in the Electronic Communications Code and telecoms-related disputes. Having worked in-house for one of the UK’s largest telecoms infrastructure companies, she has a strong understanding of the telecoms sector and its legal framework. She uses this insight to help landowners navigate telecoms issues while protecting their property interests
