Helen is an Associate in the Housing & Regeneration team.
Helen is a Conveyancer in the Social Housing Team in Nottingham, working for, primarily, private clients/individuals in connection with their purchases and/or sales of shared ownership properties nationally and also dealing with staircasing, whether interim or final and transfers of shared ownership properties.
Helen also has experience in acting for Housing Associations in respect of a variety of different conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
Recent examples of how Helen has supported clients include:
- Acting on behalf of Housing Associations and for one Housing Association in particular in connection with their acquisition of leasehold properties for their Rough Sleeper Project
- Acting for Housing Associations in connection with their sales of properties by auction and void sales, both freehold and leasehold
- Acting for Housing Associations in connection with their purchases, including their buybacks of properties to facilitate their regeneration project
