Helena is an Associate in the Private Client team.
She supports clients with all types of private client work including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, and the administration of estates.
Helena is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Recent examples of how Helena has helped clients include:
- Administering an estate of just over £1 million where the majority of the residuary beneficiaries were charities;
- Assisting a client of the clinical negligence team in applying for Letters of Administration on behalf of the minor children of the deceased where this was needed in order to continue pursuing the claim for compensation; and
- Advising clients on the suitability of IPDI trust and discretionary trust Wills to meet their needs.
