Holly is a Solicitor in the Asset Management Team.
She advises on a variety of commercial property transactions and issues, notably landlord and tenant matters including lease negotiations, assignments, surrenders and licences as well as assisting with freehold matters such as sales and purchases.
Holly gained a useful insight into the commercial requirements of clients during her secondment with M&G Real Estate Limited. This exposure has enhanced her ability to provide pragmatic advice to clients so that commercially viable outcomes can be achieved.
Real Estate clients include commercial landlords and tenants, property investment businesses and private individuals.
Holly also supports the Landed Estates team with matters relating to agricultural land.
Her work in this team includes sales and purchases of agricultural land and woodlands, farm business tenancies, equestrian leases and livery agreements, first registrations and adverse possession applications and various ancillary work to support our clients, such as deeds of covenant and updating Land Registry records.
Agricultural clients include landowners, business owners, farming families, trusts, and large estate owners throughout England.
