A residential property practitioner with over 30 years’ experience of working in the South Coast market, he has handled thousands of moves for clients.
Ian works with a range of clients including property development and investment companies and high net worth individuals from the business and sports community. He often deals with difficult and complex property transactions with values between £1 million and £10 million.
Examples of how Ian has recently supported clients include:
- Transferring and refinancing a large property portfolio from individuals to limited company;
- Selling a £2.5M country property with a complex title make up;
- Purchasing a £3M Waterside property overlooking The Solent; and
- Rectification and reconstruction of titles on a development in Dorset to enable future suitability for mortgage purposes.
