Jessica is a Senior Associate in the Employment team.
Jessica has experience in advising both employees and employers on a wide range of Employment and HR issues. These range from the contentious (tribunal claims and prospective disciplinaries) to the non-contentious such as drafting contracts of employment, consultancy agreements, HR policies and other employment related documentation. Jessica also assists our Corporate team in terms of reviewing Employment and Pensions documentation, reporting thereon and also reviewing and reporting on associated indemnities and warranties.
Jessica also has experience in data protection aspects of the Employment sector. Including experience dealing with DSARs, drafting employee privacy notices and undertaking data protection audits for compliance.
