- Corporate transactions - including both asset and share sales and purchases, assisting in all stages from heads of terms and initial due diligence, all the way through to drafting and negotiating of the sale and purchase agreement up to an including completion;
- Shareholder and Partnership Agreements for new startups and existing businesses;
- Dental Incorporations, restructures and refinances; and
- Share for Share Exchanges
