Karen is a Senior Associate in the Employment team.

She has over two decades of experience advising on employment and business immigration law, working with both employers and employees to deliver strategic, commercially focused advice.

Karen advises on a wide range of workplace matters, from complex discrimination, whistleblowing, and unfair dismissal claims to executive terminations, TUPE-related disputes, and post-termination restrictions. She also supports UK businesses with sponsor licence applications and employee work visa processes.

Known for her collaborative and pragmatic approach, Karen works closely with clients to define clear objectives and guide them confidently through challenging issues. She regularly delivers training and webinars on employment law topics and contributes to legal blogs and commentary.

In 2024, Karen was recognised by the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales for her commitment to pro bono work in the inaugural Pro Bono Recognition List.
