Kathryn is a Partner in the Corporate team.

She advises on business sales and acquisitions, corporate governance, internal reorganisations, and joint ventures. Kathryn works with businesses of all sizes, from sole traders to national and international companies, helping them achieve strategic growth, plan exits, and structure complex transactions.

Having trained and worked at two major City law firms, Kathryn brings extensive experience in high-value corporate transactions. She regularly works with owner-managed businesses on exits and succession planning, and is a fluent German speaker. Kathryn is also active in Eurojuris, an international network of independent law firms, providing clients with access to trusted cross-border advice.
