He has extensive experience of all types of litigation and problem-solving including company disputes, contractual and negligence disputes, insolvency, professional negligence, property disputes and contentious probate.
Kenton supports a wide variety of clients, from owner-managed businesses through to household names, as well as professional services firms and insolvency practitioners.
He specialises in working with mid-sized corporates to resolve problems relating to contractual and company disputes.
Examples of how Kenton has supported clients include:
- issuing injunction proceedings in a multi-million-pound contractual dispute claim to protect ongoing medical services;
- supporting clients in a multi-million-pound fraud/financial irregularity case;
- working with corporate clients in large scale property disputes; and
- resolving shareholder disputes involving claims for unfair prejudice, breach of director duties, and potential fraud.
