Kerry is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team.
Kerry specialises in Contentious Trust, Probate, and Court of Protection work, including representing clients in disputes relating to challenges to wills on issues of validity, including testamentary capacity, execution, knowledge and approval, and fraud.
Kerry also advises on bringing or defending claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, the removal and substitution of trustees, promissory and proprietary estoppel claims, disputes involving joints accounts and ownership of funds, Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustee Act 1996 claims and issues involving the creation of Constructive and/or Resulting Trusts and beneficial interest claims in property, advising on infant and protected party settlements, the recovery and tracing of assets, deputyship applications, revocation of LPAs, and the creation of statutory wills.
Kerry is a member of ACTAPS and The Contentious Trust Association and qualified as a solicitor in 1994.
