Laura is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team.
She is experienced in property acquisitions and disposals, asset management for property investors, pension and property investment funds, and lease negotiation for both landlord and tenant clients. She also regularly provides property input and advice on corporate sales and acquisitions.
Laura acts for successful organisations operating in a range of sectors including hospitality, retail, manufacturing and engineering.
Examples of how Laura has supported clients include:
- acting in the sale of a shopping centre with over 30 units for consideration of c.£4m;
- advising on the property elements of a share acquisition involving multiple day nurseries;
- acting for a public body landowner in an agreement for lease of land to be developed as a multi-use recreational area; and
- advising in the sale of a country house hotel and grounds for consideration of c.£2.5m.
