Specialising in residential property transactions, Liz supports clients through the purchase and sale process, also dealing with the post-completion registrations. She also acts for property development businesses and investors seeking to purchase properties on a buy-to-rent basis.
In addition, she is experienced in acting for purchasers of shared ownership properties and staircasing properties up to 100% ownership.
She also has an in-depth knowledge of new-build transactions and specialises in land law and registrations.
Liz’s clients include individuals, first-time buyers and investment businesses.
Recent examples of how Liz has supported clients include:
- ensuring clients complete their sales and purchases within the current stamp duty holiday ensuring that they benefit from the relief;
- supporting first time buyers through the minefield of purchasing their first house, so that they can buy with confidence; and
- working to strict timescales set by developers on new builds to ensure that reservation fees aren’t lost.
