Louise is a Senior Associate in the Residential Property team and has worked in all areas of residential property since 1997, with significant experience in the buying or selling freehold and leasehold houses and flats and complex property issues.
Louise also undertakes work involving the creation and variation of leases, easements, charges, claims for possessory title.
Clients include individuals, property developers, investors and first-time buyers. Louise has a following of clients and receives a lot of her work through recommendations from clients and others she has worked with over many years.
Recent examples of how Louise has supported clients include:
- Completion of the purchase of a new high value flat within 2 weeks of receiving documentation from the developer;
- Purchase of a Hall in Nottinghamshire and simultaneous lease of outbuildings;
- Sale of the freehold of a block of flats;
- Sale of five properties on a mixed development of converted and new homes formerly a public house;
- Rectification of a defective registered title due to a lack of right of way to the property after location of the title deeds, review and application to HM Land Registry
