She has several years’ experience in conveyancing and deals with property sales and purchases, remortgages, new build properties, equity transfer, lease extensions, and properties bought and sold at auction.
Many of Lowri’s clients are high net worth individuals, and she is vastly experienced in handling matters with various complex titles, on both freehold and leasehold transactions, including unregistered land, adverse possession, high ground rent issues and defective leases.
