Lydia is a Solicitor in the Corporate team.
She has experience in a wide range of corporate matters, including share sales and acquisitions, asset sales and acquisitions, corporate group reorganisations, shareholders’ agreements, partnership agreements, corporate governance and general company and partnership law.
Lydia supports a broad spectrum of clients with a particular focus on SMEs.
Recent examples of how Lydia has supported clients include:
- acting for an SME on the asset purchase of a building materials business;
- drafting of a partnership agreement for a family business;
- assisting on a share purchase for a financial planner; and
- facilitating the incorporation of a company limited by guarantee and drafting of articles of association for a not-for-profit organisation.
