Mark O’Halloran is a commercial lawyer with 30 years’ experience across manufacturing, technology, sustainability and supply chain operations.
Mark specialises in drafting and negotiating complex supply chain and cross‑border commercial agreements, technology licensing and outsourcing arrangements, and supporting clients in launching and commercialising new products and services. He assists organisations in structuring distribution networks, forming strategic alliances and joint ventures, and developing operational contract suites and playbooks to streamline legal and procurement functions. He also supports innovators in protecting and scaling emerging green technologies, managing regulatory risk and securing robust routes to market.
Earlier in his career, Mark was General Counsel for the European wing of a Japanese manufacturer of semiconductor production equipment. Subsequently, he was a commercial and IP partner in regional law firms, advising clients across sectors including manufacturing and logistics, medical devices, software development and consumer products distribution. From 2022 to 2025, Mark worked in‑house in Amsterdam for a global provider of EV infrastructure, where he led supply chain contracting, supplier negotiations and Net Zero strategy, delivering major cost savings and navigating high‑stakes disputes. He joined Knights in 2025.
