Mark is a Partner in the Commercial team with 30 years’ experience in manufacturing, technology and sustainability law across Europe. Since 2020, he has focused on leading transformative ESG and supply chain strategies in multinational corporate environments.
Between 2022 and 2025, he worked in-house with a global leader in electric vehicle infrastructure to lead their supply chain contract and Net Zero strategy, achieving significant cost savings and guiding the company through complex commercial disputes and major supplier negotiations. Prior to this, Mark provided consultancy services focused on decarbonization and operational efficiency, advising clients on aligning their legal frameworks with evolving sustainability goals.
Earlier in his career, Mark headed a team specialising in commercial and intellectual property law. He built a reputation for delivering integrated legal and risk management services for clients in sectors including semiconductor production equipment, renewable energy projects, river management, medical devices and healthcare, cosmetics, book resellers and logistics. His practical, business-oriented legal strategies enabled clients to navigate regulatory landscapes and digital transformation effectively.
Joining Knights in May 2025, Mark offers a unique combination of in-house and private practice experience, grounded in a progressive, solutions-focused approach. Previously recognised by The Legal 500 for his deep legal knowledge and pragmatic counsel, he will be partnering with clients to drive ethical, sustainable growth through commercial innovation and strategic legal insight.
